YES. We are a 100% celiac safe bakery that can cater with special awareness to other allergies, and also type 1 diabetic needs!

Allergens?

dairy free, vegan, nuts: while our bakery does utilize all the major allergens (except gluten), we do have the ability to take special care with cleaning protocols, should a severe allergy require it. Simply let us know your needs, and we’ll do our very best to accommodate them!

Sugar free?

What does diabetic friendly mean to O’Malley’s Oven? We don’t at this time offer an abundance of sugar free products, and try to steer clear of weird chemical sweeteners. We DO track the carbs in our products, as well as how those carbs behave based on protein and fat content, so our diabetic community can make informed dosing decisions, and are working on developing a line of products that are more of a glycemic hump than a spike.
